Planet Oat Oatmilk has a full-bodied taste and a texture that is smooth and delicious.

Oatmilk is a plant-based milk alternative beverage that starts with oats and water. We then add other ingredients to create the many delicious Planet Oat options.

Planet Oat Oatmilk is available in 52 fl oz refrigerated cartons, 86 fl oz refrigerated jugs and 32 fl oz shelf-stable cartons.

Planet Oat is available in nine flavors of oatmilk: Original, Extra Creamy, Barista Lovers, Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Humble Edition, Unsweetened Original, Unsweetened Extra Creamy and Unsweetened Vanilla, as well as limited edition seasonal flavors like Oat Nog.

Planet Oat Extra Creamy, Unsweetened Extra Creamy and Barista Lovers Oatmilk all contain sunflower oil; the other flavors of oatmilk do not contain oil.

All Planet Oat Oatmilks, excluding Planet Oat Humble Edition Oatmilk, are fortified with vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B12, riboflavin and calcium. Each 8 fl oz serving provides 20% of the daily value for vitamin A and vitamin D, 25% of the daily value for calcium, and 10% of the daily value for vitamin B12 and riboflavin.

Planet Oat Oatmilk does not contain artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors.

Yes, we fortify most Planet Oat Oatmilk varieties with calcium so consumers get 25% of the daily value of this important mineral, making Planet Oat Oatmilk an excellent source of calcium. Please note, this does not include Planet Oat Humble Edition Oatmilk.

Planet Oat Extra Creamy has 2 grams per serving. Planet Oat Dark Chocolate has 3 grams per serving. Planet Oat Original and Vanilla have 2 grams per serving. Planet Oat Unsweetened Original, Unsweetened Vanilla, and Humble Edition have 1g per serving. A serving of Planet Oat is 1 cup/240mL/8 fl oz.

Planet Oat Original and Extra Creamy Oatmilk have at least 65% less sugar than dairy milk*. Planet Oat Original, Vanilla, Extra Creamy, Barista Lovers and Dark Chocolate Oatmilk all contain sugar that is produced during enzymatic processing of the oats. Dark Chocolate is also sweetened with added cane sugar. Planet Oat Unsweetened Original, Unsweetened Vanilla Oatmilk and Unsweetened Extra Creamy Oatmilk contain zero grams of sugar per serving. A serving of Planet Oat is 1 cup (240mL). * 3/4g sugar per serving (Planet Oat Original/Extra Creamy) vs. 12g sugar per serving (dairy milk per USDA FoodData Central).

Planet Oat Oatmilk starts with oats and water. Depending on the variety, enzymes are then added to the blend in order to break down some of the oat starch, giving the oatmilk a creamy texture and light sweetness. The excess solids are strained out, and then oats are blended with vitamins, minerals, flavors and other ingredients to create a smooth, delicious beverage.

In order to only have 5 ingredients in Planet Oat Humble Edition, we do not fortify it with calcium.

Planet Oat Oatmilks are sold in two varieties, chilled and shelf-stable. The chilled product should be refrigerated and consumed by the best by date. The shelf-stable product may be stored at ambient conditions unopened and should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 14 days after opening.
