Cosmic Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownies:

  • 1/3 cup Planet Oat Original Oatmilk
  • 10 Tablespoons unsalted vegan butter
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Frosting:

  • 1 1/2 cup of vegan butter
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Planet Oat Original Oatmilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Blue food coloring
  • sprinkles

    INGREDIENTS

Directions:

For the brownies: In a bowl, cream the butter and sugars together

Slowly add in the cacao powder, vanilla, eggs and corn syrup

Add in the sifted flour, cornstarch and salt

Mix everything with Planet Oat Original Oatmilk until no lumps

Pour everything in a greased 8x8 pan

Bake at 350F for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

 

For the frosting: In a bowl, paddle the butter until soft

Add in the sugar, Planet Oat Original Oatmilk, vanilla, salt and food coloring

Once mixed, spread over cooled down brownie and decorate with sprinkles
