Cranberry Oat Bites
A simple blend of oats and cranberries makes these bites a satisfying snack on the go.

- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup gluten free old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup gluten free white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Planet Oat Vanilla Oatmilk
- 1/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons golden flax seed
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper. Place walnuts in a food processor and pulse a few times until a coarse crumble forms. Scoop the walnuts into a medium mixing bowl. Add oats, cranberries, white chocolate, Planet Oat, peanut butter, flax seed and cinnamon. Using your hands, combine ingredients well.
- Scoop mixture by heaping tablespoon, then squeeze, press and roll into a ball with your hands. Place each bite onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Store bites in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
