Ingredients

  • 1 cup Planet Oat Barista Lovers Oatmilk
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest (zest from approximately 1 orange)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Add Planet Oat Barista Lovers Oatmilk, orange juice, sugar, orange zest, vanilla and salt to a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined and until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small amount of space at the top to allow for expansion as the popsicles freeze. Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. When ready to serve, place the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the creamsicles from the molds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the creamsicles.
  3. Serve.
  4. Recipe note: Popsicle molds vary in size (typically between 2 and 4 ounces), so the number of popsicles this recipe makes will vary depending on the number of fluid ounces your mold holds.
