- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup your preferred protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup diced fresh strawberries, small
- 2-3 tablespoons, roughly crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease your donut pan with oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine Planet Oat Unsweetened Original Oatmilk, strawberry jam, maple syrup, oil, and egg. Whisk together until well mixed.
- In a large bowl, add flour, almond flour, protein powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk.
- Add your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Stir until combined using a flexible spatula.
- Add diced fresh strawberries and freeze-dried strawberries and fold until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe batter into the donut pan until the wells are about 2/3 full.
- Bake about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait about 5 minutes before turning them out onto a cooling rack.
- Optional toppings: Heat 1/4 cup white chocolate chips in the microwave in 10 second increments and stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted. Fill a small piping bag or a small Ziploc bag with the white chocolate and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. Drizzle chocolate on the donuts and sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries.
